Delivery
We currently only deliver within Singapore.
All glass vase items (VASE and JELLY) and POSY items DO NOT come with a paper bag. Please ask us in advance when it's necessary.
Specifying a delivery time
Due to the impact of Covid-19, we are currently unable to offer a time-specific delivery service.
Attempted delivery
If no one is available when the product is delivered, a notice of attempted delivery will be placed inside the postbox. Re-delivery must be made within three days of the original delivery date. We cannot issue a refund for any order which cannot be re-delivered.
Delivery charge
Delivery is SGD 20.00 per order per address within Singapore. If you wish to receive in weekend and public holiday, SGD 10.00 extra charge will be added.
Cancellation
No cancellation is accepted after purchase has been made. However, customers may change the delivery date when it's more than 7 days before the delivery date.
Returns and exchanges
We take the utmost care, and you can expect perfection in the quality of your order. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after order has been made. We do not claim responsibility for any order which can not be delivered.
